Update on ParentSquare Text Notifications
ParentSquare text notifications are only sent to the primary phone number listed in Skyward/Family Access (assuming, of course, the primary number is a cell phone, not a landline). This means that in a household with two parents/guardians, only one phone number can receive text alerts.
The good news is there is a solution! Download the ParentSquare App and turn app notifications on -- this mimics text alerts and allows both parents/guardians in the household to receive notifications on their mobile devices.
